Whipped Brie Butter

🥘 Ingredients

• brie
  6 oz
• flaky sea salt
• heavy cream
  2 Tbsp
• honey
• unsalted butter
  2 oz

🍳 Cookware

• mixing bowl
• hand mixer
• serving plate

   In a mixing bowl , add the unsalted butter and the brie . Using a hand mixer , beat on medium speed for about ⏱️ 1 minute , or until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.

   unsalted butter: 2 oz, brie: 6 oz

   Add the heavy cream and continue to whip until light and fluffy.

   heavy cream: 2 Tbsp

   Spread the whipped brie butter onto a serving plate . If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and drizzle with honey . Serve immediately with warm bread or crackers.
